Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
SENATE BILL NO. 141(L&C) be considered engrossed, advanced                     
to third reading and placed on final passage.                                  
                                                                               
Senator Adams objected.                                                        
                                                                               
The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 141(L&C)
